Mission
Within the Service Centre of the group, you are responsible fortelephone assistance and technical support on our products for our domestic and international clients. Guarantor of the customer relationship, you will receive and process requests from our customers, keep informed of the progress of their cases, and successfully accomplish the resolution of their requests. To remedy the problems, you send back the information to our technical teams. You communicate regularly with your supervisor.
Profile
Degree in computer science, you have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer support. A very good knowledge of SQL and Oracle is essential. Technical knowledge in the following areas : operating system (Windows, Linux, ...), networks (Microsoft, Domains, protocols), DBMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, e-mail protocols (POP3, SMTP, MAPI), MS Office Suite , OpenOffice and Lotus Notes. With good interpersonal and communication skills, you approach with curiosity our clients' industries. You are bilingual in French & English and have good writing skills.
